Christmas & NYE Delivery Cut-Off Dates
- Standard orders must be placed by 5pm AEST December 22nd for pre-Christmas delivery
- Standard orders must be placed by 5pm AEST December 29th for pre-NYE delivery
- Any orders containing Power Banks must be placed by 5pm AEST December 12th due to road-freight restrictions to receive in time for Christmas and/or NYE
All orders are subject to stock availability and carrier delivery timeframes. Seasonal delays may occur.
Shipping and Dispatch Information
Fast Dispatch From Our Warehouse
We aim to dispatch orders within one business day of purchase. During peak Christmas trade or when items are low in stock, dispatch may take longer.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, we may contact you for further details before your order can be shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
- We cannot ship to freight-forwarding addresses, PO Boxes, or Parcel Lockers
- We do not offer international shipping outside Australia
