All EFM products come with a 12 month warranty. That’s right, 12 whole months of added peace of mind - something all consumers need to know they are making a great purchasing decision. That’s how we show that we value our customers. Not only do we aim to protect your phone for the long-term, but you as a customer as well.
So, how do our warranties work? We’ll try to break it down as easily as possible for you, without the stock-standard dry stuff you’re probably accustomed to!
Firstly, EFM’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. What does this mean for you and your new purchase? In short, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of your chosen product(s), and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage to the product itself.
As a valued customer of EFM, you are also entitled to have your chosen EFM goods repaired or replaced in the rare event our goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure (defective goods).
EFM will happily repair or replace defective goods for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is against defects in the EFM goods purchased, but does not cover damage caused to devices by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident.
Luckily for you, our products come with easy-to-follow instructions and customer support so by following these, you’ll skip over this possibility altogether!
We aim to make any warranty claims as simple, seamless and possible for our customers.
To claim under your warranty, you need to return the product to the place of purchase (at your expense), with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not able to return the product to the place of purchase, you can also send your proof of purchase, along with photos of the faulty product. Make sure to include a brief explanation of the circumstances at this time or simply contact:

This warranty is in addition to your other rights and remedies of the consumer under the Australian Consumer Law for Consumer Electronic Devices and Home Entertainment Products..
