1. Returns Policy 

If you wish to return a product that you have purchased via www.myefm.com that appears damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team or fill out the Warranty Claim form here. 

 

1.1 Inspection Upon Delivery 

Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damaged or defective goods must be reported to EFM promptly to arrange assessment and return. 

 

1.2 Faulty or Defective Goods 

Faulty goods must be returned to EFM for evaluation. Once assessed and approved, EFM will, at its discretion: 

  • Repair the product;  

  • Replace the product; or  

  • Provide a refund where required under applicable law.  

Replacement products will typically be dispatched within standard shipping timeframes following approval of the claim.  

 

1.3 Return Condition Requirements 

All returned products must: 

  • Be in their original condition (unless faulty);  

  • Include all original packaging and components where possible.  

 

2. Change of Mind Returns 

Returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection are subject to the following conditions: 

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order 

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact;  

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;  

  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.  

EFM may, at its discretion, offer: 

  • A store credit; or  

  • An exchange of equal or greater value 

Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.  

 

3. Costs and Charges 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and transportation costs unless otherwise required by law;  

  • Refunds, where applicable, exclude original delivery charges unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • EFM excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage;  

  • Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the EFM product purchased 

  • No guarantee is provided that products will prevent all damage in all circumstances. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email within 24 hours of placing your order with the delivery information.

EFM ships from Belmont, in Perth, Western Australia.

If you are not home when the courier comes, the courier will leave a calling card advising of the closest collection point they have delivered your order to. Our Courier cannot leave goods without a signature. We recommend using a work address as couriers deliver during working hours.

Warranty

EFM warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 or 5 years (depending on the product) from the date of purchase. EFM will repair or replace any product that is defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer (for parts or labour).
