Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5pm AEST. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O Boxes/ Parcel Lockers.

Our shipping costs are as follows:

  • Orders over $60 (incl. GST): Free standard shipping.
  • Orders below $60 (incl. GST):
    • Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate with product delivery within 4-8 business days (Power Banks will take up to 8 days due to road freight).
    • Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate with product delivery within 2-8 business days (Power Banks will take up to 8 days due to road freight).

Please be aware that lithium products (such as Power Banks) can only be sent via road freight due to being a restricted category (UN3480). Estimated shipping times are between 5-8 business days for lithium products and 2-3 business days for all non-lithium products, however during busy periods shipping can take longer. 

Our warehouse is closed on National public holidays.

Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email within 24 hours of placing your order with the delivery information.

EFM ships from Belmont, in Perth, Western Australia.

If you are not home when the courier comes, the courier will leave a calling card advising of the closest collection point they have delivered your order to. Our Courier cannot leave goods without a signature. We recommend using a work address as couriers deliver during working hours.

You will get an email confirming your order, followed by delivery tracking details within 24 hours after placing your order. Be mindful that it might appear in your junk mail.

After following all the steps outlined on the returns policy page. Once the items have been returned to EFM, they will be reviewed and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed, which can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Warranty

EFM warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 or 5 years (depending on the product) from the date of purchase. EFM will repair or replace any product that is defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer (for parts or labour).
