Register your EFM product, including your proof of purchase (receipt) by completing this form within 14 days of purchase*
If in the future you have any issues with your product, complete the Warranty Claim form here.
We will review your claim and, if approved, you will please need to return your faulty product (at your cost). Upon receipt of faulty product, your free replacement product will be sent to you free of charge within Australia. (Please allow up to 10 days for replacement delivery).
*Product not registered within 14 days of purchase with a relevant proof of purchase document will not be eligible under the EFM replacement warranty program. This program covers EFM products only, not devices and/or device parts.
