Bought an EFM product recently with a 'One Free Replacement Policy'?
From September 2019, we've now removed this policy on all our new products (iPhone 11 range and onwards), however we will still honour it for you if your product has a 'One Free Replacement' symbol. Here's what you need to do:
There is no need to register your product anymore. However you must keep your proof of purchase should you need to make a claim.
If in the future you need to claim your one free replacement product, please complete the Warranty Claim form here.
