1. Morning Routine
Are you the type of person that rushes out the door every morning, still half asleep? If so, it’s time for a change. Your morning routine sets you up for the day, so it’s important that you take the time to make it right. Wake up early, go for a morning run, have a nutritious breakfast and get yourself ready for the day ahead. 2. Prioritize & Focus
You’ve made it to work, now what? Write down a list of what you need to achieve for the day in order of importance, then dedicate a set time to complete each task.
